\section{Introduction}
\smallskip
A refereed selection of papers of the $14^{th}$ of International Conferemce
Mathematics and its Applications-ICMA 2015 will be published as a
Proceedings
volume. In these guidelines we describe the format instructions and
the submission procedure both to be followed seriously. The text of
these guidelines is written in the prescribed format and can be used
as a specimen.
\section{The format of the text}
\smallskip
Please use only the standard style file and standard fonts.
Only use other style files if it is absolutely necessary to typeset
your text. Avoid to add any \verb@\def@, \verb@\newcommand@ or
\verb@\renewcommand@ \LaTeX\ commands.
If you have any problems with your file format please contact:
\begin{center}
{\bf Romeo Negrea}\\
E-mail: \verb#romeo.negrea@upt.ro#
\end{center}
\section{Heading, abstract and sectioning}
\smallskip
For the heading, specify the following items:
\begin{itemize}
\item \verb@\title*@ to specify the title of your manuscript,
\item \verb@\titlerunning@ to specify the title in the running head,
\item \verb@\author@ specifies the authors.
\item \verb@\authorrunning@ to specify the author name(s) in the running head.
If there are more than two authors, please abbreviate the author list
(e.g., N. Popescu et al.) for the running head.
\end{itemize}
You must write an abstract for your paper, that will appear in the
paper version of the proceedings, while your full-text manuscript will
be appear in the Proceedings of the Symposium.
Your abstract \emph{should not exceed 2500
characters}, that is, approximately 400 words. You may put some
key-words if you wish, but, in any case, the title, authors, key-words
and abstract must appear on the first page.\\
Considering the length of the manuscript, please use only the \LaTeX\
sectioning commands \verb@\section@ and possibly \verb@\subsection@.
Do not use a deeper hierarchy. Only capitalize the first word of the
section title.
\section{Length of the paper, figures, tables, and equations}
\smallskip
The manuscripts should be no longer than {\bf 6 pages} using the
present format.
You may consider including tables or figures. Each figure or table
must have a caption, explaining in brief your figure or table, e.g.,
``Fig. 1. Plot of \dots'' or ``Table 1. Data of \dots'' (Arabic
numbering). Use capitalization when referring to a figure or a table
in the text, for example, ``In the center of Figure 3, the clusters
$\dots$''.
Figures and tables must be included at the appropriate place in the
text. Please, do not use colored figures. Please, provide the
figures only using the \LaTeX\ picture commands, or in pdf
format. A figure contained in the pdf-file
\verb@yourfile.pdf@ can be included as follows:
\begin{figure}
\centering
\includegraphics[width=.8\textwidth]{graph.pdf}
\caption{This is a sample of how to include an eps
graphics file inyour manuscript.}
\label{fig:ExampleEPSFile}
\end{figure}
The \verb@[width=.8\textwidth]@ option specifies that the graphics has
to be reduced to 80\%. The \verb@\includegraphics@ command makes use
of the graphicx style file, which is a standard \LaTeX\ graphics tool
for including pdf-figure files.
A figure containing only \LaTeX\ picture commands, can be
specified as
\begin{figure}[t]
\setlength{\unitlength}{4cm}
\centerline{
\begin{picture}(1,1)(0,0)
\linethickness{.5pt}
\put(0,0){\framebox(1,1){}}
\put(0.25,0.25){\circle*{.02}}
\put(0.25,0.75){\circle*{.02}}
\put(0.75,0.75){\circle*{.02}}
\put(0.75,0.25){\circle*{.02}}
\end{picture}}
\caption{This is an example of a figure that uses only
the \LaTeX\ picture commands. It contains four points.}
\label{fig:ExamplePicture}
\end{figure}
Equations should be typed using the \LaTeX\ commands\\
\verb@\begin{equation}@ \verb@ ... \end{equation}@. For example:
\begin{equation}
g({\cal C}) := \sum_{i=1}^m \sum_{k\in C_i} \|x_k -
\bar{x}_{C_i}\|^2.
\end{equation}
If you do not want the equation to be numbered, use \verb@\[@
instead of \verb@equation@. For example:
\[
g({\cal C}) := \sum_{i=1}^m \sum_{k\in C_i} \|x_k -
\bar{x}_{C_i}\|^2.
\]
More generally, concerning math typesets, one should refer to the
recommendations made for the \verb@amsmath@ package, whose user guides
are available on line. See for instance
{\bf ftp://ftp.ams.org/pub/tex/doc/amsmath/amsldoc.pdf}
or
{\bf ftp://ftp.ams.org/pub/tex/doc/amsmath/short-math-guide.pdf}
\section{Special environments}
\smallskip
If you need to include a Theorem environment, then use the command
\begin{thm}\label{thm}
This is a theorem.
\end{thm}
See Theorem~\ref{thm}.
Available environments regroup : case, conjecture, corollary,
definition, example, lemma, note, problem, property, proposition,
question, solution and remark.
\section{Submission of papers, deadlines}
\smallskip
Send both a \LaTeX\ file and a pdf version of your paper by e-mail to
\begin{center}
{\bf Romeo Negrea}\\
E-mail: \verb#romeo.negrea@mat.upt.ro#
\end{center}
The attachment of your e-mail should contain:
\begin{itemize}
\item your paper in \LaTeX\ \textbf{and} pdf, named with the
following format:
\begin{enumerate}
\item \verb#nameofthefirstauthor.tex#, and
\item \verb#nameofthefirstauthor.pdf#;
\end{enumerate}
\item possibly pdf files for figures, and
\item any other files that are necessary to typeset your manuscript in \LaTeX.
\end{itemize}
For contributed papers the deadline of submission is {\bf December 21, 2015}.
\section{Specifying references}
\smallskip
Please, use the following citation style within the text: Lepeltier (2002)
(in parentheses: Lepeltier(2002)), McShane (1974). In the case
of more than two authors: first author et al.
The list of references at the end of your paper must be in
\textbf{alphabetical order}. You should
use the style of the following specimen:
The results of this example can be found below.
\begin{thebibliography}{1}
\bibitem{} J.-P. Lepeltier, J. San Martin, On the existence
or non-existence of solutions for certain
backward stochastic differential equations, {\it Bernoulli},
